Rt. Kidney reveals evidence of moderate hydronephrosis with dilatation of upper ureter.

Rt. Lower ureter is dilated and shows impaction of a calculus just proximal to Rt. Vesico – ureteric junction calculus measures 1.2 cms., in size.
