Degenerative changes noted in the form of anterior as well as posterior osteophytes at C5-C6 & C6-C7.

Normal cervical, laminae, transverse andsspinous processes are interact.

The prevertebral soft tissue space is normal.

No cervical ribs is seen.

Conclusion : Findings the suggestive of cervical spondylosis at C5-C6 and C6-C7 vertebra.
